I actively led user research and data analysis to understand the specific needs of learners at different levels. From there, I transformed these insights into detailed, actionable tickets, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members. I also played a hands-on role in the development process, ensuring that every feature aligned with our learners’ expectations.
