Product Manager and Chief Engineer for Redea Learn

Redea is an EdTech company based in Kampala, Uganda, and I am honored to serve as the Chief Engineer and Product Manager of Redea Learn, a comprehensive digital skills training platform for learners of all ages. In my role, I have been deeply involved in gathering requirements and translating user needs into implementable tasks. I actively led user research and data analysis to understand the specific needs of learners at different levels. From there, I transformed these insights into detailed, actionable tickets, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members. I also played a hands-on role in the development process, ensuring that every feature aligned with our learners' expectations. As the bridge between learners and the development team, I guided the process from idea to execution, leading daily scrum meetings, overseeing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of all agreed-upon features. Thanks to this collaborative approach, we successfully developed a product that meets the needs of learners, and the platform now boasts a 100% completion rate among those who join.
